How a headshot day runs
Before the day
We agree on a background and lighting look, confirm the space, and build a schedule against your headcount. You get wardrobe guidance to pass along to the team so nobody turns up in a colour that fights the backdrop.
On the day
Setup takes about forty-five minutes. Then we photograph continuously through the schedule, directing each person so the expression looks like them on a good day rather than a driver's licence photo.
After
Selects are retouched with a light hand — blemishes and stray hairs, not a new face. Files arrive in a private gallery your team can download from directly, in both full-resolution and web-sized versions.
